REFUND POLICY

United Truth Ministry operates in alignment with spiritual integrity and transparency. Please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, including eBooks, study guides, and downloadable PDFs, all sales are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Event Registrations

For any ministry-led workshops, teachings, or speaking events:

• Full refunds may be granted if canceled at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event, subject to availability and ministry approval.

3. Donations

All contributions to United Truth Ministry are considered voluntary donations and are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 72 hours of the transaction and we will review the request.

4. Merchandise (If Applicable)

If United Truth Ministry offers physical products in the future:

• Refunds or exchanges will be available for damaged or defective items only, reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Include your full name, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
